Terms
Last updated October 19, 2026
These are the terms for playing Perpetua during its playtest. By signing in, you agree to them.
A playtest
Perpetua is early. Some of it costs money, and any price is shown before you pay. Things will break, features will change, and progress may be reset. We may pause the playtest or end anyone’s access to it at any time. We’ll tell you by email when we can.
Your account
One account per person, signed in with an email address you control. Keep that email, and any passkey you add, to yourself: whoever can read your email can sign in as you. You must be at least 16 to play.
The stories
The story, pictures and narration are written by AI in answer to what you do. They can be wrong, strange or unsettling, and they are fiction. What you write is yours; you let us store it and send it to the services named in our privacy page so the game can answer. You may keep and share your tales.
Playing fair
Please don’t use Perpetua to make content that sexualises minors, to harass real people, or to break the law, and don’t try to break into the game, overload it, or get around its limits. We may stop tales or accounts that do.
No warranty
Perpetua is provided as it is, without any promise that it will work, be available, or keep your tales. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss from using it.
Questions
